Haha im seeing a lot of tranquils nowadays. Personally i think that mana break should be taken over stats but +1 anyway #yolo

Skull Basher would be necessary if your team was lacking disables. Especially when you can upgrade that to an Abyssal Blade which can be devastating on Anti Mage.
