A New Drug: Surge

imo, it's better to get Ion Shell on lvl 1, then get 1 point of Surge, and leave it until you max both Vacuum and Ion Shell

Yeah, same here. Ion shell level one. Take one point in surge, then max your other spells.

Max your wall as soon as you get it.
It is a gamebreaking skill in teamfights.

Scepter is a must.

It increases your ult damage by 50% which is equivalent to 8 points in your Wall of Replica.

Treads are a bad choice, this hero doesn't auto attack often, even if you auto attack you will lose your radius for the ion shield.

Get phase so you can Surge through units or mana if you want to help your team.

about the boots, id like to have normaly boots to late game, then i go for bot... or like hancok, go for arcane if ur team needs...

now to the skil build, i dont agree with u in all points.
The reason number one for that for me is, that u dont write which lane face u building...

for an example

going surge lvl1 can be good on suicide lane, ion shell lvl 1 is a must for jungling so it depends on ur role i guess... but max out ion shell and vacuum before wall is right i think... but i get always 2 levels at surge earlier, cause lvl 1 wont help sometimes to escape

edit: scepter is not a MUST but is a realy goood item on him, jeah i guess the best scepter upgrade for each heroes... but get it only sitautional if they get like 5 physical carrys get insta agha ;)
