Introduction

Hello Welcome to my 7.00 Phantom Assassin Build. Phantom Assassin is my first hero.

Phantom Assassin is Carry and Escape hero.

Pros / Cons

Pros
  • High Critical Damage( Coup de Grace)
  • High agility gain
  • Good movement speed
  • Easy to play
  • Easy to farm because of Blur
Cons
  • Weak early game
  • Easily countered with Monkey King Bar
  • Need target to escape with Phantom Strike
  • Will be outfarmed later by another hard carry
  • Easy to kill with lot of disables

Little Skills Explanation

Stifling Dagger

  • Stifling Dagger will slow 50% of enemy's movement speed.
  • Stifling Dagger has 70 Base Damage + 25%/40%/55%/70% of your damage.
  • Stifling Dagger will hit enemy with UAM like battlefury's cleave, Eye of Skadi, Desolator, etc

Phantom Strike

  • Phantom Strike grants 130 Bonus Atk Spd if targeted to enemy.
  • Phantom Strike's Bonus Atk Spd will last 4 seconds or 4 attacks.
  • In 6.88 Phantom Strike is go through Spell Immunity!

Blur

Coup de Grace

Items Justification

Safelane Carry

Leaving the fountain

Early Game

  • Phase Boots low attack speed if compared with Power Treads. But phase gives more damage and Phase for easier escaping and chasing.
  • Perseverance great survivability for HP and MP regen and bonus 10 damage out of nowhere.

Mid Game

Late Game Choices

Core Extension

Notes : I usually don't buy these items.

Midlane

I'll only explain some of the item that not exist in Safelane build.

Talents Explanation

Safelane Carry

[*] 15 Damage Instead of 150 health? I don't really think so, but if there's an available explanation, i want to choose situational. If i am facing a nuking enemy with spells, i prefer for 150 HP
[*] 10% Lifesteal Instead of 15 Move Speed? Yeah, because we already have phase boots.
[*] 10 All stats Instead of 35 Attack Speed? If you are already lv 20 that means we're already in Mid to Late Game, so i think we need to focus more on stats and buy item like skadi, etc.
[*] 25 Agility Instead of Double Strike Stifling Dagger? Somehow i prefer 25 agility, because its too great to decline. But double strike is also good

Midlane

[*] 15 Damage Instead of 150 health? I don't really think so, but if there's an available explanation, i want to choose situational. If i am facing a nuking enemy with spells, i prefer for 150 HP
[*] 15 Move Speed Instead of 10% Lifesteal? Usually when i am playing Mid PA I really need movement speed, because I am the mid, not the carry. So we should fight and roam at mid game, but either is good
[*] 10 All stats Instead of 35 Attack Speed? If you are already lv 20 that means we're already in Mid to Late Game, so i think we need to focus more on stats and buy item like skadi, etc.
[*] Double Strike Stifling Dagger Instead of 25 Agility ? Here, because this PA is a midlaner, that mean, usually we are faster to go for lv 25 than our carry. I don't have a really good reason for this, but both are good.

Allies and Enemies

Allies

Enemies

  • 's Enfeeble will make Mortred unable to farm.
  • 's Static Link is stealing Mortred's damage just like Bane did
  • And all the opponent with Monkey King Bar
  • And last one, Phantom Assassin is weak with magic NUKER early game such as Tinker

Gameplay

They say Phantom Assassin is a late gamer i think she is not. He will outcarried later

Early Game

Just noticed above, laning will be easier with all these allies. In the early game u can both, focus on farm or get an easy secure kill with these allies. or just farm farm and farm until u get to the core. Killsteal every enemy from the support as much as you can because you are the carry !

Mid Game

Okay here, kill as much enemy as u can, dont take this game to the late game because enemies will start making Monkey King Bar as i said above im not saying Phantom Assassin as a late gamer / hard carry because he is easily countered. So end the game ASAP before the enemy's carry making a Monkey King Bar. Join the Teamfight, Farm less.

Late Game

If your enemy already have Monkey King Bar and your net worth is less than him. Then this is your nemesis. If u have killed a lot enemy so they dont have any MKB-ers then its your time to rule the world and get RAMPAGES LMAO

Finally Im Finish With This

Yeah thanks for reading this guide feel free to comment if tell me if there is something wrong with this guide and this guide is exclusive for 6.87 patch. Maybe It will outdated some day.

If you thinks this is a good guide then thumbs up :D

Thanks!
