Basically, the first and the last change means you can return the target at ANY time you want on ALL levels for free... wow. Cd is not crucial, but range sucks now. Don't know what would I prefer tbh... leaving XmtS on lvl 1 is not the option(350 range r u kiddin mi) anyway... level 2 seems too short as well... don't know, if your allies have some good long stun you can leave XmtS on 1 and strentghen your combo a lot... I gotta do some testing, this is a serious change to a key spell in his arsenal.

Wow QoP is both buffed and nerfed... though if we substact 25% resist from 6.82 values I think we'll get 6.83 numbers so it's a very nice buff.
