Description of myself: 6+ years of dota experience. Haven't played in any tournaments yet, but I am looking to go pro.

The goal: Pro Dota

Requirements:
Must be able to speak english clearly
Flexible players that can play/understand every roles.
Players must be able to accept/give constructive criticism.
Players must be able to read/anticipate plays.
Players must not know how to give up!
Players must be willing to learn.
Teamspeak 3 is required.
Communication is a must (mic preferred).
No flaming
At least 3k mmr

Roles will not be decided until the team has been formed.
