Hi, my name is Eugene, I have about over 400 games under my belt with a 50% win ratio and about 1% abandoned games. I mostly played carries as I needed to improve my last hitting denying and map awareness. Now that I became good at it, I need to improve my timing and gaming in team fights. I am looking for people who are decent and want to improve, as it is what I want to do. Looking for people who are interested in good team composition at the beginning and team play, as I need to improve my timing in team fights. (not looking for someone to simply farm solo for 30 min, because I can do it myself) I would prefer play with people who do not rage quit, and prefer to give advice over criticizing (even though we all deserve it at some point). Would be interesting in playing death Prophet, Tide Hunter, Sand King, Windrunner and supporting heroes. Let me know if anyone is interested, so may be we can form a team and play some fun pub games.
Here is my steam community ID if anyone is interested.
As you all know there are 3 skill levels in games. Low, Medium and High. Any players from the high skill games here?
I am, at least by the way the system classifies them (hint: you still see mad bads). Do keep in mind that Dota 2 uses a hidden ELO system anyways; Low/Mid/High is likely just a cut off point between three ranges (i.e. 1000/1300/1600). You can check where you are by searching Recent Games for your name under the High bracket. If your most recent solo que games pop up, you're in there. Lastly, the choice when you first started Dota 2 (Beginner/Intermediate/Expert) probably determines your initial ELO as well. On my newest account, I chose "Expert", won two games and from that point on all of my games have been in High.
I'd love to group up with some guys, since I wanna go back from LoL to DotA2. I played it b4 but stopped and switched to LoL. I'll be playin both, though.
Dota 2 is a multiplayer Action RTS game. It began as a user-made modification for Warcraft 3 and has grown into one of the most played online games in the world. Dota 2 is currently open for early access and a full release is expected in 2013 for PC and Mac.
