Looking for a team/group for ranked match making

Hello!

I'm looking for 3 man group or a team for ranked match making. I got 2,5 years Dota 2 experience at the moment and I think it is time to get past 3,5k MMR with a dedicated team. Looking for a team in Europe, I speak Dutch and English. I fluently understand german.

I usually play support roles and play a wicked lion,lich,crystal and treant. With a ward OCD you are assured to have wards everywhere as much as they are available.

Playing as mid, Tinker, bounty, templar, zeus. so nothing fancy, didn't clock a lot of mid time in those years ^^.
Then for offlane/jungle ; axe, brood, enchantress, sandking.
carries ; Jugger, drow, tiny and lifestealer.

Though the heroes I have mentioned are the heroes I am 100% comfortable with. It goes without saying that I can play about 80% of all the heroes in a good fashion.
I am eager to keep learning and see how far I can go with a team.

I also usually play in the 3k range, although i just had the easiest game of my life in a 4k+ ranked game. :P

Only 2.7k, but I have stacked with 4ks before (and I know Timm <}3 ).

I usually play Support in Ranked, but I'm comfortable with a few Heroes in all Roles

Due to working nights, I may not be around that much during the week.

I don't speak Dutch, but I know how to use Google translate to shout random non-offensive words at you...UITLAAT == AUSPUFFROHR???!!!
