EU West Support 3.6-3.8k LF large group of players for casual ranked games

I'm not looking for a multi-game clan unless there are 30+ daily Dota players in the friends/clan list. Last year I joined a few of the seemingly 'major' clans and they had less than 10 Dota players total (although there may have been 50 other people online playing other games) and it was a waste of time from a Dota perspective.

I'm looking for a clan that's purely for EU players that don't shout, don't yell and don't afk if they're losing. I'm looking for players that are trying to improve at Dota.

I'd like to be able to log on, enter a chat channel, find 1-4 people with similar mmr to group with and play ranked dota. I'd like to not always have to use teamspeak if I just want to play dota with people from the clan. But I would like to support for a carry that can hit creeps and know that the people I'm playing with aren't idiots.

I've been an Officer in a top 100 EU WoW Raid guild and I watch 1 or 2 pro dota games a day. I understand the game and can work strategically.

The pubs are killing me.
