Creating Dota Team EU WEST Looking to Join tournaments

Me and 2 friends have been playing and grinding Dota 2 for 2 years. We look to improve everyday. We now have decided to create a Dota team that will be participating in tournaments and getting better through each game. I play position 1 and my 2 friends play position 2 and 4. All we are looking for is 2 Dota players that will be willing to create a team and practice. We would prefer if your search region was Eu west, and you must have TeamSpeak 3 for communication. Hey! I'm not sure if I'm what you're looking for, having played only for a year and still being in the potato bracket and I'm not really that committed that I'd do tournaments and such, given my level of play, which I still consider above of the people I get matched with. That being said, I'm probably around your age and looking to improve every day, therefore I'd love to play with you guys sometimes, just to see if it works and at what point my skill level is. I mainly play at night, since my school stuff keeps me very busy, speak English pretty well (I guess), I'm 17 and my mic's broken but I'm replacing it so it shouldn't be an issue. As I said, the only could be my skill level and commitment.
