1.8k solo/2.3k party mmr looking for a team

Hi my name is Matt and I am very much interested in joining a team and to hopefully someday compete in dota 2 in amateur tournaments. Though the real dream is to play in the much higher tiers. I currently have ~1800 hours of actually playing the game, and about ~200 hours of research on the game itself. I can really play any position and a pretty damn good support, though my best hero is Ember Spirit. I am available any night of the week except Friday and Saturday due to work. I live in Central Time Zone, and not very often have things that would conflict with a practice schedule. I use Team speak normally when I play dota 2 though wouldn't mind downloading another 3rd party system for a team.
