Reduce the vision of the enemy target and cause their attacks to sometimes miss for a duration.
Price: 100
Range: 550
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Miss chance: 25%
Vision reduction: 85%
Duration: 4

Pocket sand!

Stock: 1 per 2 minutes, capped at 2 sold at once (to prevent perma debuffing)
Each purchase grants you 2 charges

Dispellable
Does not pierce spell immunity

It's actually very interesting and I feel it would fit into the game pretty well honestly. It's nice for supports or utility heroes in general because it gives more options for the early game and can help to lessen the damage taken by right clickers with good mobility, so it's basically vital for supports if they want to not die early from heroes like Slark or Spirit Breaker or something along those lines. Also if somehow a support can use it from a position where they cannot be seen then it has some gank setup potential since the hero can't see heroes closing in on their position. It doesn't provide any passive benefits just for holding the item like Faerie Fire or infused raindrop which is a small downside, but overall would be very useful in probably every game, even lategame if slots are available.
