Being a better dota player

Hi! I would like be able to play with the role that my team needs and i want start my own list of heroes that i like to play on every role. My first picks are:

Tidehunter as Initiator (solo lane)
Lycan as carry (jungler)
Dazzle as support (Leshrac tandem)
Leshrac as "4x4 hero" (Dazzle tandem)
Queen of pain as ganker/semicarry (mid)

Do you think that they can form a well balanced and competitive team? If not, what hero do you change?

I'd put some kind of semi-agility carry to solo bottom.

Well, I'd recommend you to learn every hero, so you know how to play and counter them. If you play only 5-6 heroes, then the others will always outplay you since you didn't learn what they can do, what they can't do, their weak parts, their speciality, their role, etc.

Also, your list and roles aren't that bad at all...

I'm not sure how Dazzle complements Leshrac in a duo lane.
Replace him with Venomancer to get some hard early push power?

Also, I think Enigma instead of Tidehunter might have an easier time soloing as he's ranged.
