I'm not sure, Night Stalker also got a strength buff which gives him massive hitting power early on, combined with a Quelling Blade he can out last hit just about anyone purely because he can do so a creep hit or two earlier than most other heroes (a QB is obviously far from ideal if you're Bottle rushing though). On the other side the extra strength combined with his base armour allows him to withstand physical harassment better than most.
