This happened to me some time ago. I was really pissed xD



Anyway, I leveled up today and got an uncommon mask for Juggernaut :D.

Kinda, but I was annoyed that I didn't level up, because I wasn't in the mood for one more game so I can get my item xD

Yeah, on each level up you get an item 100%.
