Looking for 2-3k player for US West team Tremor.

Team Tremor is looking for a new 5th player to join our ranks.

We have team practice 2-3 times a week, usually on Wednesdays and on the weekend.

Most of the time, our positions are fairly flexible, but the addition would primarily be playing positions 2, 4, or 5-depending on strengths and on the draft.

What we are looking for in a player is someone who:
-Synergizes well with us personality-wise.
-Is a team player.
-Is proficient at DOTA, but ready to learn as a team and get better.
-Is able to consistently make practices (usually in the evenings, we can be somewhat flexible with timing as long as the practices happen at some point, preferably that day)
-Is able to control their tilt and be professional while in a match.
-Is ready/willing to enter tournaments after about a 4 month period of practice as a team.


Our goals as a team are to:
-Improve at DOTA as a unit
-Enter tournaments, (lan or in-house), and give a good showing
-Eventually win a LAN tournament.


As the title says, we are looking for a player in the 2-3k range. Higher than that is alright, but our highest player is currently rated at ~3.2k. If an applicant is higher than that, he will need to be prepared to stay calm in-game and work out mistakes as a TEAM so everyone can get better.


Any applicants will be asked to play a few scrims with at least some of the team so we can get to know you and see if you are the right fit. If you aren't, we will let you know. We have a fairly good idea in mind of what we are looking for, but we are open to anyone to try out.
