**Excuse any editing errors, I could not find the "preview" button**

Hello all, I'm starting a team from scratch, I'm in interested in recruiting and/or training players for all roles, but before you fill out an application and send it to me in a private message...

However, you must:

-Speak English fluently
-Be willing and capable of playing and improving in a team setting
-Have 2.5k MMR (negotiable, I will judge you by skill not MMR)
-Have a microphone
-Be able to spend about 15, at first, to 30+, eventually, hours a week playing
-Above all else, be mature and willing to take constructive criticism

If you are interested in being trained/mentored before you try out:

I am willing to spend time to teach you any aspect of the game I can, while also making you competent in playing on the team I am forming.

If you are interested in being recruited directly for the team:

Your only additional stipulation from above is that you must display to me that you are at the skill level of about 3.5k or more.

Application

Hey, very interested. I've been looking for a concrete group of people to play with, so I'll apply. MMR is kind of in the gutter right now because I can't seem to get with a decent group of people at all. Trying to get it back around 3300.

Steam Account name: Fumbles16x or Beezus
Role: Mid
Days/Times you absolutely cannot play Dota 2 on (excluding holidays, naturally): 8-5 pretty much every day, and 6-9 as well on Wednesdays. Tuesdays are a no go right now.
Three Most Favorite Heroes: Viper, Brewmaster, Dragon Knight I guess.
Biggest Strength and Weakness(In game, not in life): Can adapt well to any situation or match, and I'm pretty good at picking heroes to counter the other team, as well as pick heroes who go well with the teamp comp. I have a general grasp of every here, but I'm definitely better at some than others.
Preferred Name (this is what you would like me to call you by when we speak): Beezus I guess.

Pretty interested in getting on to a team or at least join the training squad to get better in more mechanics and get better as a player. Current mmr is 2969 pretty close to 3k could get over pretty quickly. Play with a lot of my friends but no one wants to get competitive besides me so I figured I would start here.

Steam Account name :caple1234
Role : Support
Days/Times you absolutely cannot play Dota 2 on (excluding holidays, naturally) : Monday-Friday 9-5 plus different times based on work schedule
Three Most Favorite Heroes : WitchDoctor, Shadow Shaman, Earthshaker
Biggest Strength and Weakness(In game, not in life) :Strengths: good at buying and placing wards, good positioning on most heroes, learning most heroes that are in current meta, will not feed, Weaknesses: could work on denying and blocking camps
Preferred Name (this is what you would like me to call you by when we speak): Connor

Steam Account name : TemperousTempest
Role : I can litterally play anything, been in 3 teams, played carry' at 4k mmr, (during ti2 times) then recently when i got back i played support, and am currently offlaning
Days/Times you absolutely cannot play Dota 2 on (excluding holidays, naturally) : i have a struggle playing during the week, but can always play during the weekend, but i will be able to play constantly during winter and spring.
Three Most Favorite Heroes : Anti-Mage, Timbersaw, Spectre
Biggest Strength and Weakness(In game, not in life) : My decision making is kind of poor atm, but i havent really had a game where i got punished, and im really good at creating space, and or using the space. I also very rarely get shut down
Preferred Name (this is what you would like me to call you by when we speak): Tempest

(I can really play all the roles in the game, just need a higher skilled mentor, so i can get used to this current meta. I'd be most comfortable at #1 safe lane carry though)

If you are of lower skill I'd like to build you up a little before we solidify a team, that's why I distinguished the two.
