So how does this work you might think. Well i'll tell you.
1. Summon Misha
2. Activate and
3. Misha.
4. Now you just start hitting people till they die.
Not sure if it works anymore. But it was based on the fact that you didn't lose mana when you were insaid Misha.

Edit: anotehr combo you can do is this.

This is called wolf bomb (it's funnier when you play with friends who also take )
And here's how it works.
1. Summon wolves (lvl 3 and 4 are the best because they have invis)
2. that wolf with your friends
3. Go and gank someone = start hitting him with wolf you have infested.
4. When the wolf dies that X heros pop out of it and then gang rape that poor hero.
Bad thing about this the fact that enemys realise your strat and they just away when they see your wolf. Also this can be done only in legends of dota.

Edit2: You guys are doing 1 shot wrong.

Heres OP

because of its great agility gain

Im the damage stacks so heres what you do
1.Actvate then (or vice versa)
2.Hit someone and make sure somebody is behind him.

This would be totally op since what if your base damage was 50
then you already would deal about 1400 damage which is insane (still reduced by armour of course) so lets say somebody has 50% physical resistane then it will still deal a fair amout of 700 damage which is op just for 50 damage so what if you were and your normal damage would be lets say 150? Then you would deal a crazy 2100 damage (reduced by 50 %)

What if this happens?
Note: I'm not even sure of this myself since I don't play Ability Draft nor LoD yet

Maybe some melee hero with a fast attack speed

The trick would be that you would use to block the hero instead of trapping it inside, fly in with , use and kill with -induced auto-attacks.

or maybe this...

I would prefer a durable hero here that has awesome mana

in, all the heroes, knock them out with , and kill them with an Aghanim'ed Finger.
If you don't want then pick and when you the five, immediately use Aghanim'ed Finger.

or even...

A hero with good attack speed and good mana pool? I'm not even sure if this would work.

Very self-explanatory, this would become very bloody if it happened within the vicinity of five heroes. (hide yo' wife and kids!)

No way out of that gank, I'm absolutely-positively-ridiculously sure of it... I think... xD

That's a lot of ideas... don't yell at me if it doesn't work... like I said, I haven't played Ability Draft yet.
But if it works out, then I would love to get the opportunity of making my opponents cower in fear.
P.S. They're just ideas, not real stuff that's tested out and confirmed.

How this works:
Activate chemical rage for op attackspeed.
use spirit lance to slow.
now start hitting him with your op attackspeed then go make alot of illusion.
Every hit burns mana and deals extra damaeg!!!
rape the opponent

On a hero with high intelligence gain:

Oh it might be cumbersome. It might be difficult to pull off. But seeing someone get one-shot for casting a single, hundred mana nuke is just too damn funny. (Blink is for hiding in the trees and setting up all your wards out of sight, btw). :D
