Good to see i am not alone. This happened to me many times but recently its like i am on a bad luck streak. I end up in teams full of feeders and the only communication possible is either Russian stuff i do not understand or constant flaming each other about who sucks the most...

You're forced down to have 50% winrate thanks to Valve MM.I barely managed to get over it, and now I struggle to get to 52% lol.

You're not really forced to. You'll still see that people in higher MMR's have above 50% winrates, and those in the 5000MMR+ range will often have more than 55% winrates. There are exceptions, and yes the system does try to keep you around 50% but higher skill usually results in a higher winrate. Like Merlini has a 65% winrate, and most other pros have really high winrates as well.

Actually i do not really care about my winrate that much.
Currently i try a new hero on a daily basis by reading some guides watching vids and then paying it myself. Often i will suck in the first matches with that hero until i feel comfortable with him. That approach is not really good for my winrate, if i would care about that i would only pick hero's i am good at and practice the others vs. bots. But thats just too boring for me =)
So my skill-level is heavily fluctuating depending on what i pick.

What grinds my gears is that teams are usually pretty unbalanced. Stomping is not really fun for any team, i think its best when the match is close for everybody to enjoy. Sadly that does not happen that often ...

Unless you're an individual that has double digit games with over half the heroes in the game like me. Like you just described, I also pick different heroes constantly, if I go mid with SF for example, I generally just trample someone's face in, where as I tend to play heroes I don't quite fully have a solid grasp of in order to have a better full understanding of the game. I get very bored playing the same heroes repeatedly. Mirana being the exception to that, I simply love that hero, because she can fill almost every roll well, and without farm still brings a lot to the table.

Pubstomps happen for a variety of reasons: teams pick flavor of the month heroes that are just strong, or they wait and counter pick you. You could also be unknowingly playing against someone smurfing you. Hell you could 1st pick terrorblade and the rest of your teammates pick medusa, void, am, naga..it's just dota being dota hehe things like this happen to those of us that don't have the pleasure of playing in the pro brackets
Step 1: Pick Bristleback
Step 2: type in all chat:"GL hf"
Step 3: solo offlane
Step 4: first blood triple kill solo vs trilane
Step 5: continue head butting keyboard
Step 6: don't care, Bristleback doesn't give a ****
Step 7: screenshot repeated: BB OP comments in all chat
Step 8: alternate games with Slark pick
