Vision: To be the best team in USW
Mission: To have a team that can rely on each other. In order to draw out the potential within each teammates.

Tagline: No situation is impossible, if we move as a team.

Introduction:
I am a person who enjoys playing dota, and appreciates the game for its depth. In my experience however, I believe that dota is a game that needs to be played as a team before we can realize its true potential. I'm sure many of us feel stuck in a rut playing as individuals. It is for this reason that I aim to form a team that will allow all of us to have a more enjoyable experience of the game.

Criteria:
We are looking for players who fit into the team's culture and share our vision and mission. As long as you feel that this is a team that you want to be in, do not hesitate to apply. Skills can be developed and train as long as we have the willingness to learn.

Training:
Training will be divided into two categories. Individual skills, and teambased skills. Individual skills will go over specific roles responsibility and their basic mechanics, with a few heroes of your chosing.

Team based skill will centralize around a 5 man team trying to play according to the team strategy. This includes, synergy between heroes, items build, in-game movement and rotation. Objectives and priorities.

Commitments:
Personally, I play on a daily basis, but with regards to team commitment, you have to at least set aside 2 games a day, 4 days a week. This will give us time to adjust and get to know each other playstyle better.

Application:
Please leave your response in the following format:

1. Steam User
2. Experience playing dota
3. Reason for applying
4. Introduce yourself
5. Any additional Comments
6. Contact

Contact:
Please leave your application in this post, or PM me.

Hello!
My steam name is TERROR: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198022638792/

Experience: I have been playing Dota 2 for almost three years now. I have 3000+ hours logged into the game (lots of no-lifing for one of the years haha). I have attempted to build a team two times. I enjoy watching replays and using my Dotabuff plus account to assess my performance and get better at the game.

Reason for Applying:
For about a year now, I have been wanting to take my dota gaming to the next level. I feel that the team and competitive aspect of this game is the highest level of play. It is also an environment in which a player can achieve the most growth. I am excited to join a group of people that are serious about improving.

About Me:
I am an actor. I am really passionate about my theatre projects, and I have sometimes worked several jobs in order to keep my theatre efforts alive. I am blessed to have been working as an actor, so I am a person that has turned a hobby into income before. I am currently finishing a BA in Acting so that I can get a job teaching acting and theatre in schools if I so choose. I'm 22 years old. I would consider myself an intellectual.

Commments:
I am currently not moved in to my next apartment, but I will be all set on the 24th of Sep. I still have access to my gaming pc, but I will not be able to be as committed until the 24th when I am in my own place again.

Contact:
My name is Dylan
You may message me on steam.
You may also email me at [email protected]

I look forward to speaking with you.
