I've just watched a game from Open Quals where Nature's Prophet had an insta-hex(there was just one situation I've seen but I highly doubt he saw it coming or had vision there, so I;m 99% sure it was a cheat). It was Kefka, a former LC member, which was pretty disturbing since LC wasn't some Tier 213172467812 team that would never make it to the finals. I wonder if someone else from semi-pros using such scripts.

I saw that game. I am 99% positive it was cheating as well. The only way to do this without cheating is to mash the hex button on quickcast at the position where a hero that isn't there yet would jump him from. Which would require a massive amount of luck.

It's especially disgusting seeing that the insta-hex saved his life from a sure kill when he had no buyback IIRC, which almost won them the game.

It's easy to check it by looking at the replay in player perspective BTW. If his cursor isn't exactly on the enemy hero when he gets hexed, it proves it was cheating.

I was watching the game at Twitch from Sven's perspective. so I couldn't check and I was too lazy to do it after.

Actually just double-checking if NP could see Sven before he blinked would remove any doubts about was he cheating or not.

The ION CANNON ONLY DISABLES THEM! FINALLY SOMEONE GOT IT RIGHT.
Everyone treats ion cannons just like every other cannon while they are only pretty effective at brekaing shields and stopping ships completely.
