Although I agree that blink is very good on this build (I'm suprised I forgot to Include it) I disagree that it makes you a creep-hero as with euls and wex you do have fairly good movespeed and a high damage output as you mentioned. Any hero who groups them up helps a lot (Dark Seer, Enimga) I will add blink and force to build 3 though.

Build 3 is a feed-build, if u dont have . It pretty much neglects in order to get - crazy damage output. But then u get squishy and slow creep-hero that gets focused and dies instantly. So u will need mobility for escape and cast positioning. Also having on your team would help alot.
